Free Hangers Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the promotion offered by Kangaroo Hanger ("Promotion") as described below. By participating in this Promotion, you ("Participant") agree to these Terms and any decisions made by Kangaroo Hanger.

Promotion Description:

Participants who receive a Kangaroo Hanger 10-pack are eligible to receive a free 10-pack of their color choice when they meet the following criteria:

1. Post a video or photo on any social media featuring the Kangaroo Hanger 10-pack.

2. Tag @kangaroohanger in the post.

3. Achieve over 1,000 views on the post, which must be organic and not paid for.

4. Email the link to the post to info@kangaroohanger.com

Promotion Period:

The Promotion begins on 10/30/2023 and ends on TBD.

Eligibility:

1. Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age.

2. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Kangaroo Hanger are not eligible to participate.

Reward:

Participants who meet the criteria will be shipped a free Kangaroo Hanger 10-pack in their color of choice within the United States.

Cancellation and Disqualification:

Kangaroo Hanger reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Kangaroo Hanger may also disqualify Participants and deny the free 10-pack for any reason, including but not limited to, suspected fraud, misuse of the Promotion, or any breach of these Terms.

Privacy and Use of Content:

By participating in the Promotion, Participants grant Kangaroo Hanger the right to use their content (video or photo) for promotional purposes, including on the Kangaroo Hanger website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

Release and Limitation of Liability:

Participants release Kangaroo Hanger and its affiliates from any and all liability regarding their participation in the Promotion and the receipt of the free 10-pack. Kangaroo Hanger is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed emails, or any other factors beyond its control.

General Terms:

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Kangaroo Hanger regarding the Promotion.

2. These Terms are subject to change without notice, and Participants are responsible for reviewing them regularly.

3. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or TikTok.

5. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law principles.
