1-Year Limited Warranty

Zickers LLC, the maker of Kangaroo Hanger, warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

• Cracking, breaking, or failure of the product due to defects in materials or workmanship.

• Structural damage under normal, intended household use.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or overloading the product.

• Cosmetic wear and tear, discoloration, or non-functional damage.

• Accidental or environmental damage, or improper handling.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim:

1. Email info@kangaroohanger.com with:

   • A short description of the issue

   • A photo of the product

   • Your order number or proof of purchase

2. We’ll review your request and respond within a few business days.

3. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Zickers LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
